Andrew's passion for agriculture is evident in his major project management experience, having operated large scale agricultural entities with a meticulous eye for detail and a hands-on management style.

Business Manager Rohan Orford has a PhD in agroecology with a research emphasis on climate-smart agriculture.
After almost a decade in a variety of roles in the macadamia industry, Rohan brings his combination of international field experience, academic research and analytical modelling skills to Australian Premium Macadamias.

Grower and founding team member Sue Hansen has a background in marketing, operations and tourism as well as more than fifteen years in the macadamia farming community.
Offering the unique perspective of being both a grower and facilitator, Sue fosters the development of the brand and business.
